Great company! Super fast and efficient service. The team are always willing to help with my queries when I call through and are really helpful! Would recommend the switch to them and their prices are really competitive!

Pulse Energy are a waste of time. They have a call back function that simply does not happen. I have had dealings with managers who make bold claims and never follow up. They are providing power so cheap that they cant actually service their customer base. Best you dont sing up or switch retailers as they wont be in busines slong iof they dont provide a basic level of customer service.
