Do not sign up with Contact - very unhelpful, slow response time, average call wait time is 40 minutes. I have reported an issue and 3 weeks later, still don't have working internet.

Their customer service is abysmal- left waiting for at least 1/2 hour. Tried to get broadband connected with power - could not organise. Very disappointed.
